This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through focusonintimacy.com.au and explains how and when your order will arrive.

Australia-wide. We do not currently ship overseas.

Every order is sent in plain, discreet packaging. There is nothing on the outside of the parcel that indicates what is inside, and no product or brand imagery.

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery then depends on Australia Post or the courier, and generally takes around 3–7 business days to metropolitan areas and a little longer to regional and remote addresses. These are the standard timeframes we aim for, rather than a guarantee, as actual delivery times can vary depending on the carrier and your location.

If you need something by a particular date, contact us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

We work with several suppliers, and a single order may include items that are sent from different places. When that happens your order will arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes a few days apart.

This is normal and nothing has gone wrong. You will receive a separate email with tracking for each parcel as it is sent, so you can follow each one. If one parcel arrives and you are not sure whether the rest is coming, check your email for a second tracking number, or call us and we will tell you exactly where things are.

You will get an email with a tracking number each time part of your order is dispatched.

Funded orders are packed and posted exactly the same way, in the same plain packaging, and are usually sent to the address you nominate rather than to the funding body.
